Welcome to the Lavaling Ferroii page!
This is where you can find all the ferroii that are consistently available to Lavalings. Everything outside of this page is Astrolyte-only, unless it is marked otherwise!
These ferroii can still be applied to adult Astrolytes later on, so don't worry if you forgot to apply one while they were still a Lavaling!
Head Fluff
Halogens Needed: 5
Not hair - the longest tufts can reach right above the eyes. Tips can be colored with any secondary already on the body!
Ear Fluff
Halogens Needed: 10
Other Requirements: Complete at least one fullbody of another artist’s lyte! NPCs don't count!
Fluff can be applied to both the inside and the outside of the ear!
Tail Fluff
Halogens Needed: 15
Other Requirements: Complete at least one fullbody of one of your lytes!
Fashion Form
Halogens Needed: 15
Other Requirements: Draw your lyte picking out clothes or fabrics!
Allows for your lyte to wear any clothes or accessories!
Baby Teeth

Other Requirements: Draw your lyte trying to eat / eating something! Do they like it? Is it even something edible? Be creative!

Growing Horns

Allows horns to grow slightly larger! Can become taller / wider / etc. as long as it doesn’t appear as fully grown! This is a Horn Type!

Should stay small! This is a Horn Type!
Heart Horns

Mini Back Wings

Comes in 4 variants — Angel, Web, Ray, & Whisp! Webbed and Whisp variants can be transparent or opaque.
Mini Arm Wings

Tint Shifter

Other Requirements: Draw your lyte getting covered in paint! Be sure to mention what happened. Your lyte must be 2 months old!
Only changes the tint / shade, not the hue of the color! For example: dark pink > pale pink is fine — dark pink > pale purple isn’t! Can affect all or just a select few colors on your lyte.
Placement Swap
Halogens Needed: 50
Other Requirements: Have at least 3 images of your lyte with their current lamp placements! Your lyte must be at least two weeks old!
Allows for lavalamp placements to be shifted to other existing MYO placement locations! Not all placements have to be moved, but can be if desired. The lyte in question should still have the same amount of placements, as this ferrosome doesn't add / remove lamps! For example, if a lyte only had a single placement beforehand, this ferrosome would only move that one placement elsewhere on the body.
Color Shift

Other Requirements: Draw a fullbody of your lyte traditionally and fill in their lavalamps with a different medium! Markings should at least be cleanly defined to count.
The two mediums you use can be anything! Whether your lyte is drawn with colored pencils and has painted lamps or is made from cardboard with rocks as lamps, anything works as long as it completes the prompt! Colors do not have to be accurate as long as it portrays markings and a clear character. If you decide to use more basic art supplies, more detail will be expected of the piece!
Horn Removal
Halogens Needed: 0
Other Requirements: Your lyte must be at least one week old!
Allows the little horn stubs that every lyte has be removed! Removing this ferrosome will bring them back!
Classic Ears
Droplux Needed: 20
Other Requirements: Draw your lyte looking into a mirror! Your lyte must be 2 weeks old!
Used to give your lyte the “classic” ear shape — doesn’t change any other parts of the anatomy, though!
Classic Snout
